Combine low interest rates with a booming economy (In Las Vegas
anyways), and pleasant year round temperatures (Yeah we know it's
hotter than hell in the middle of the summer) and you create a lot of
"DEMAND". Las Vegas is definitely a sellers market right now.
Your only real chance of finding a good property is finding an
experienced agent that gives a damn about your desires and needs.

your financing BEFORE contacting a Realtor. Las
Vegas/Henderson is the HOTTEST Real Estate Market in the
country. If you don't already live here you simply can't
comprehend the incredible pace at which Real Estate Transactions
occur. Quality Homes (in the $175,000 to
$450,000 price range) hit the market and are closing in
less than 15 days (and at an average of 98% of asking price).
You absolutely MUST have your financing lined up prior to
contacting a Realtor.
You are wasting your time to look at a Home
before you have financing - in the time it takes to secure
financing the home will have already sold! Don't let a
